I’m Cheryl, the face and founder of CRUSH YOUR DAY.
Born in 1962. Second generation immigrant.  First college graduate in my family of seven.Four brothers and myself.
Married in October of 1993, my husband was diagnosed with laryngeal cancer in May of 1994, six weeks after the birth of our first son.
In 1998, at the tender age of 3; our second son was diagnosed with autism.
So began the endless hours of Doctors, therapists and classes.
Added years of schooling; even through holidays and summer.
I learned to navigate a very different world than most, alternating between
the challenges of raising both neuro-typical and autistic sons as a full time
Mother. These challenges were both isolating and rewarding.
I had a few “false surprises” over the next ten years and then in
2004 I had our 3rd son by emergency C-section 3 weeks early.
The pace of life picked up exponentially.
2006 brought us our fourth and final son via C-Section.
He is an adult now, autistic and non-verbal, still living at home with us.
In many ways I had already begun to live the Crush Your Day way, even though that statement
would not come to life through my own design until years later. I had to learn
to embrace each day back then, sorting through the tiny victories autism so seldom
brings us.
These are just a few of the characteristics that define me, Cheryl.
Why did I start Crush Your Day?
In 2025 I was faced with a serious, life changing health crisis. It made me take
stock.  I mean, it made me sit down and really look at my life, the people and places
in it that fed me and the people and places that bled me.
The list wasn’t very long in my favor.
Sleepless nights for weeks on end and I had reached a point in my life where I knew my day was crushing me.
The simple things like doing laundry or even just getting out of bed. It didn’t matter.
It just felt overwhelming, heavy and exhausting…like I could not get a win.
And one day it came to me I needed to CRUSH MY DAY.
What does Crush Your Day look like?
It’s about learning to embrace each day for ALL its’ joys and challenges; small
and big.
How do you do that?
By the simplicity of life’s daily challenges, keep doing the
small things, the things that feed you on the daily.  Take stock in your personal
activities and achievements in your day, BIG or SMALL, you can LOVE them all.
I am here to share with you my victories in the hope that you can share your
victories. Together we are living the CRUSH YOUR DAY way.
That is Living the CRUSH YOUR DAY way.
